Fees Guide for Rees Clayton Immigration

For potentially complex immigration matters, we routinely offer an “agreed or fixed fee” billing option. With this option, we propose a fixed fee to handle your entire case before we begin any work. Your “proposal of service” or “confirmation of instruction” email will outline the agreed fee structure and terms and conditions. Please note that fixed fee arrangements are retainer agreements, meaning you agree to retain our services until your case concludes or reaches an outcome. This arrangement allows you to benefit from a discounted and pre-agreed fee.

However, we understand that in some cases, your circumstances may change. Therefore, in the interest of transparency, we provide the following illustrative fee guide for both fixed fee and hourly billing options.

In cases of withdrawn instructions, depending on your billing model, you may be liable to pay the full fees agreed, or at a minimum, you will be charged for all work already completed at our minimum hourly rate of £300 per hour.
