How Can You Extend Your Expansion Worker Visa in the UK?

To extend your Expansion Worker visa, you must apply online via the Gov.uk website. Your visa can only be extended if each of the following conditions is met:

  • You are employed in the exact previous job role as when you were previously allowed entry or stay in the UK.
  •  Your occupation code is identical to the one you were given when you were first granted entry or permission to stay in the UK.
  • Also, you are still employed by the organisation that provided your current sponsorship certificate.
